John invited us all over for dinner last night and give us a quick cooking lesson on how to make his seafood salad. It was delectable and a good time was had by all!

It’s a dream come true. For years, we have talked about wintering at N Carolina’s Emerald Isle and this year we are making it happen. We are spending Jan 07 with the surf pounding out our front door and miles of beaches to discover. We put together this blog so we can share our stories and photos.
